1. Welcome, Legend!

By exploring daisysay.com, buying something, or just admiring our amazing pieces, you agree to play by these friendly rules. They’re here to keep everything fair, fun, and chaos-free — for both of us.

2. We Make Cool Stuff. You Buy Cool Stuff.

Simple deal. We create stylish apparel and accessories. You pick what you love, place your order, and we deliver it straight to your door. Sometimes we drop discounts, surprise launches, or spicy memes — stay tuned.

3. Respect the Drip (aka Intellectual Property)

Everything on this site — words, images, vibes — belongs to us or is used legally. Don’t steal it. If you want to share or feature something, just ask. We’re chill about it.

4. Don’t Be Sketchy

You agree not to hack, spam, or impersonate anyone, and to keep things clean. No fake reviews, no weird uploads, no shady behavior. The internet’s wild enough already.

5. You Post It, We Might Repost It

Tag us in your fit pics? Drop a review? You’re giving us permission to repost it — on our site or socials. We’ll credit you if possible (unless your handle’s something chaotic like @toiletdestroyer69).

6. Your Account, Your Problem

Keep your login safe. If someone orders 1000 hoodies using your account, that’s on you — unless it’s our fault. Protect your password like it’s your favorite playlist.

7. We Might Change Stuff

Prices, descriptions, and policies can evolve. We’re human — typos happen, restocks happen. If something changes after your order, we’ll let you know and make it right.

8. Pause for Maintenance (aka “BRB”)

We’re not liable for losses from using (or not being able to use) the site. If your order isn’t perfect, we’ll fix it — but emotional trauma from missing your favorite tee isn’t covered.

12. You’re the Hero, Not a Villain

If your actions cause legal trouble for us — by breaking these terms or using the site for shady stuff — you agree to cover the costs. Teamwork, right?
