Eligibility for Returns

To ensure smooth processing, items are eligible for return only if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition as received.
  • All original tags and labels are attached.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied or subject to partial refund.

Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered. Requests made after this period may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please contact our customer care team at support@daisysay.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • A short explanation of the reason for return.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • A clear photo or video of the item, especially if it’s damaged or defective.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 72 hours with next steps and return instructions.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • Receiving the wrong item.
  • Receiving a defective product.
  • Receiving an item damaged during delivery.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error.

Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item you received was damaged.
  • The item is defective or malfunctioning.
  • You received the wrong product or size.
