Approval & Processing
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team. Once approved, we will initiate your refund within 14 business days. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
Refund Distribution
All refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow your financial institution approximately 3–5 business days to reflect the refunded amount in your account, depending on their processing times.
Refund Exclusions
- Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Return shipping fees may be deducted from your refund if the return was initiated by the customer rather than due to an error on our part.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
